1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching and consulting services booked through the platform Digistore24.com. By booking a service, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Description of Services

The offered service is a personal consulting/coaching program focused on emotional sensitivity, personal development, and empathic empowerment. Sessions are conducted individually via messenger apps, email, or phone, and may include written guidance, exercises, and audio content.

3. License of Use

All shared materials are provided exclusively for the client’s personal use. It is not permitted to save, record, distribute, or make publicly available any part of the communication, especially audio recordings or written materials. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. No Medical Claims / No Guarantee of Success

The coaching is based on personal experience and general life guidance. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. This service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Participation is at the client’s own responsibility.

5. Contract and Payment Processing

The service contract is established via Digistore24 USA. Digistore24 handles the payment process and client access. Their General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply in addition.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Refunds

As this is a time-based, personalized service, the right of withdrawal lapses once the client agrees that the service begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period (§ 356(5) BGB). By booking via Digistore24, the client expressly confirms this agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The provider assumes no liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of the consulting services, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The applicable law is that of the Republic of Panama, unless overriding consumer protection laws dictate otherwise. Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Bugaba, Panama.
